Disappointed with Discovery

absolutely irate client. I am beyond frustrated and upset at the shocking customer service received from Discovery. I have a repeat script of 28 tablets and each month for the last 10 months they refuse to allow the pharmacy to fill the repeat as the system can't count. They refuse to speak to me on the phone when the pharmacy calls and now the lady has hung up on us not acceptable. Gladly take our money every month, but cause numerous problems when we need legitimate things paid.
