Disappointed with Discovery – Except for One Star

I had a terrible experience with Discovery when I was extremely sick and my life was at risk. The consultants, team leaders, supervisors, and even management were completely unhelpful — they kept transferring my call, and no one took responsibility.

The only person who showed real care and went out of her way to assist me was Sinenhlanhla Msomi from Key Care Pre-Authorisation department. She was the only one who made a difference.

Discovery’s COO and CEO seriously need to relook at their leadership team. You need more people like Sinenhlanhla Msomi in management — people who care and actually take action. In light of Sinenhlanhla Msomi's outstanding performance and measurable impact, I strongly recommend her immediate consideration for promotion. Her exceptional contribution, leadership, and dedication makes her invaluable to your team and deserving of this advancement.
