Disappointed is putting it lightly

I am so disappointed with Discovery Health. After so many years, it has come to this? I had an approved PMB due to severe dipression and i was hospitalised, upon my release, you refused to pay for medication that was used to treat me in-hospital, and i now get calls from debt collectors regarding the******s that were not paid, not to mention the hospital bill, which has an outstanding staggering R14k - i have no bad dept and i am struggling because i cannot afford to pay for the prescribed meds, and now you adding on to my depression by not paying the bills Why did you approve the PMB - How was i also supposed to know, how i was going to be treated by the team of the******s? Have you never had other similar cases?... this is wrong, you have actually added a far bigger burden upon me than when i went for treatment I do not have a bad credit record, even though things are tough, and you know Dr's and hospitals are very quick to blacklist people I mean some of the amounts are R191, R243 and i know if had excess cash, i would pay, but i dont understand why you're not paying and settling the hospital amount in full. My mother is with Bonitas, and when she had difficulties she went to the same hospital, and all her bills were paid, no run around. I also just found out that when my son was ill last year, his bill was also not paid in full. Why???? I am so stressed, i couldnt even go to work today because of Discovery Health This is totally wrong!!!
