disappointed in the medical aid

I am a chronic patient wit discovery.

All codes have been provided to the pharmacy, doctor as well as Lancet.

But it seems that the medical aid has used up all my savings to pay for my PMB. The INR tests done by Lancet as of April 2021 has been paid from my savings, which led my savings to be depleted.

The wafarin of which were prescibed, i was unable to get and had to pay R67 to retrieve my tablets in August. When i contacted the chronic department she advised that the medical aid has approved Cipla as my medication, yet fro the past few months they have paid Clicks for Aspen from my PMB (I HAVE PROOF OF THIS). Why now stopped, i paid a co-payment each time of R24 to get the tablets.

Lancet has resubmitted all the accounts as of April 2021 with the correct ICD 10 provided by yourselves in order for you to reverse my savings back to my account.

You gave me a PMB for my physician Dr Lazarus, yet i had to pay her an addition R134 for my consultation.

Please advise on this URGENTLY.
