Disappointed in the lies7

I've been with discovery for more than 9 years n ive never been **** to as much as in the last month, when they say we will call you back its just to get rid of u..i spoke to a manager(devashnee) who specifically said even if i don't get feed back i will still call you,she didnt call, there was one agent (shantonay)who did call back n was actually trying to help but that also ceased today. I want my refund discovery i have it written that you are supposed to refund me i dont see why this is so hard to do.
