Disappointed in service

I had to take my son to pediatrician, i knew my savings was up but had the wellth fund. Before i went to ped I contacted discovery to find out if the wellth fund would pay as i was low on funds. They confirmed this will be paid from the wellth fund. I then submitted claim and discovery did not pay, i contacted them and upon investigation they saw i was advised incorrectly and referred this to managements. Last week i called as i did not get feedback, and was advised claim was approved on 27 September, but to date nothing has been paid out, Everytime i contacted discover they say its approved but not paid, as i am well aware that its not paid, but no one can give me an answer as to why its not paid? It had now been a month that this issue has been going on? Why cant a claim be paid if its now approved?
