Disappointed in Discovery

After receiving numerous discouragements from various people about Discovery, I decided to disregard and apply to Discovery medical aid. <br> <br> After applying I received documentation that stated I had restrictions on some conditions for 1 year (Waiting period). The operator was very vague with his explanation, but said it could be resolved before membership with the appropriate previous medical aid documentation. After numerous emails and phone calls the problem persisted and I become unknowingly a member. <br> <br> Only after threatening to cancel application the problem was attended to and reduced to 3 months. The unprofessional operator could not explain the 3 months and was only interested in referring me to another for assistance. <br> <br> After the disgusted operator couldn't convince me to stay a member he just hung up the phone -VERY unprofessional. <br> <br> I am very disappointed in Discovery!<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
