Disappointed

First Im told of claims I made after leaving the scheme, who in their right mind would do that? Then Im told of owing Medical Savings.
Please, we all know this was all incompetemce from the staff and it should be rectified before it gets out of hand.
I would not claim from a medical aid i am not a member of. Secondly, Discovery got hold of my forms prior to leaving the medical aid, all that admin should have been done prior to payment of my pension.
I ask, nicely and humbly, that my name be removed from the credit bureau. Nicely please. Thanks
