Disappointed

An amount of R452 was deducted from my medical savings dated 17 June at Discheme Nicolway. However, I was in hospital at Life Flora clinic and did not make any purchases as noted on my statement. I called Discovery four times, and when I finally spoke to an agent, the call got disconnected again. It is disappointing that no attempt was made to call me back but more alarming is how was a purchase made from my medical savings while I was in hospital.
