Disappointed discovery client

I tried to give less then one star but couldnt😒......I am very disappointed today in discovery medical aid. Few months ago i joint discovery first time as a young person joining a medical aid and and the consultant was very nice so they recommended flecicare and as they always do were giving alot of sweet words two months passafter joining called two times changing theyre story as what i was told in beginning (already paid twice) then only i got my medical aid card coz the consultant wasnt totally honest with me and before i got my card i called theyre offices and the consultant was a bit short off nd in a bit of a mood......Continuing on i get my card everything is fine months continue i finally get sick with flu and want to go to the doctors and there is no one in my small town that takes on flexicare users so i end up paying for my consultation and everything myself out of my own pocket and so it continues for the few months that i am paying every mo th for health insurance but pay cash for everything....which i mind u if a very big inconvenience coz the consultant did not let me know there are no doctors in my town taking this health care plan so i decide i am going to upgrade my healthcare plan yesterday becoz i was feeling a bit of flu becoz my husband told me you cant pay every month and get no benefits from them so they contact me and we start talking and everything sound good again so i continue talking and this time i know what questions to ask and red flags to look out for everything sounded too good to be true and yes it was yesterday i couldnt continue upgrading or going to a higher medical plan by discovery i had other things i needed to attend to so this morning the lady calls me again very nice again nd just in a hurry to close the deal and make me take the medical aid plan so i ask her how is it gona work all the months and all the money i spend will it be wasted now must i wait again for two months to get my card nd be coverd and she says yes and i told her but look now i have feel as if flu is coming so i must pay out of my own pocket again nd she says yes so all the months i paid and didnt use my medical aid once all that money is wasted now i must start over again and pay all over again and on top of it all she tells me since i have flu i will have to wait up to 12 months to go to the doctor for flu symptoms as its a pre existing condition so i tell her but i never get sick and only time i will go to doctor is for flu medication so this is not gona work out for me so im very sorry to say this but discovey im very disappointed in you guys i paid for months didnt use your medical aid once had to pay out of my pocket and now you coming with more stories so all the months paying was a waste for me money im never getting back and on top when i want to upgrade my plan you guys feed me more loads of nonsense lies im taking my business elsewhere
