Disappointed customer

Discovery is probably one of the worst medical aids I've had to deal with and I would give them no stars but it doesnt allow it. I have about 11 reference numbers and followed every step and correct procedure but they still havent gotten back to me nor have they corrected their mistakes .They are quick to take your money but they take forever to pay claims and to get back to you after countless efforts trying to sort out claims. Now I have bad credit and I have to pay all the hospital expenses!!
