Disappointed client of discovery medical aid

Recently I have been very ill.. And been in and out of hospital.. Was vomiting blood like every week.. Due to a liver problem and now I am getting ready for a liver transplant.. I am on key care plus.. From what I was told once in hospital I will be 100% covered... Kept on having bandings to lower the pressure in my viens from not bursting.. It was becoming life threatening with bleeding so much.. I had to do a transjugular Stent.. Were an incesion is made in the jagular vien and a wire Stent in put through the viens in the liver to lower the pressure of me not bleeding till I have my transplant.. I am unemployed still sick.. I have been receiving bills from the companies at the hospital to pay the bills has its not covered by medical aid on key care plus.. The total owing is Almost R60 000...but I was in hospital.. I have sent numerous emails about the claims to discovery and all they call and say they working on it.. But nothing is happening.. It was an emergency and those were the only doctors qualified in doing these stents.. And for x trays.. Ultrasounds from one company came to R25 000...is this not covered while I was in hospital... I wish I could get some positive feed backs here.. I am under so much stress.. I have so much expenses for my transplant and I am looking to the community to help me.. I am financially broke... Please help me Hello Peter.
