Disappointed at Discovery medical aid

My experience with Discovery medical aid has been nothing short of a nightmare.

From my anti pressing they only cover R110 and I must fork out almost R400 yet I have sufficient savings and when I claimed from my savings,I'm allowed on certain months and on other months I'm declined. YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW UP ,ALMOST DAILY.

The recent incident was when I decided to do My pap smear through Dischem. I called Discovery prior the procedure and they gave me the go ahead and I have been trying to claim for the nurses fee from the 4th December and I was told told the procedure code they used is incorrect.

I went back to Dishem and I was told it's the one they've always used.I have escalated the matter only to be told I must go back and ask Dischem to claim directly from them and that can't happen. You need to rectify, im not impressed at all and that's just half of it!!!
