Disappointed and let down

I called discovery health 3 weeks ago and spoke to Lelethu whom I poured my heart out to and told her my husband and are in need of trauma counseling our new born was admitted in neonatal ICu for almost 2 months. Lelethu promised to forward me details of service providers that can offer this service which hasn’t happened. I just called today and relayed my situation and spoke to another consultant that advised me that she has mailed Lelethu and that she will contact only during her break. I feel very let down and disappointed by this kind of service no sympathy nor profesionalism whatsoever very sad
