Disappointed and disgusted by Discovery

I have been diagnosed with depression and my psychiatrist needs to urgently admit me in a mental health facility. I search on the discovery website and apparently none of the facilities are fully covered under my option, I have to pay R7650 upfront but it says still on their website "You will receive 21 days for admissions or up to 15 out-of-hospital psychotherapy sessions for each person for major affective disorders, anorexia and bulimia and up to 12 out-of-hospital psychotherapy sessions/counselling contacts for acute stress disorder accompanied by recent significant trauma. 21 days for all other mental health admissions. All mental admissions are covered in full at a network facility. If you go elsewhere, we will pay up to 80% of the Discovery Health Rate for the hospital account." I want to know which network facility to they refer to if none is actually covered in full. I pay so much for this medical aid to be given such a nonsensical service, even their consultants when I call can't explain it. This is absurd, it's not worth staying with this medical aid.
