Disappointed

This is a general complaint, I have my daughter and her 2 sons on Keycare Plan as well as my father. This plan has become the worst of the worst, they pay for nothing but yet we pay our portion of the medical aid. There are always accounts that was unpaid at the doctors oh and not to mention that to find a decent dr that is on the plan is a total nightmare. How is one suppose to stay healthy if the medical aid does not ever care.

They have been in contact with me... the person that contacted me was helpful and understanding. But as the keycare plan nothing can be done.
