Disappointed

I am writing this with heavy heart,I have never been this humilated and disappointed,I've joined in 2020 everything was going well I have never had any issues with them I remember I have done a surgery a month after joining they paid with no hustle,I moved to bonitas because I wanted to add more dependants and it was becoming more expensive that was 2022 Aug,I was not happy with changing because i was still happy with them and i was so attached, but I had no choice.i left for a year and half then I decided to come back home(Discovery)only to my surprise things have changed,it's not the Discovery I used to know,I rejoined on the 1st Nov 2024 from Bonitas,I unfortunately got sick within that week of joining I went to see a GP but I didn't get any better instead I was worse I had to go to hospital,they tried to get authorisation but it was after hours yesterday they contacted them again,imagine you are not well and the people from reception kept on coming to you to inform you about what is happening,I was so frustrated until I was discharged and to my surprise again when I went to the pharmacy to collect the meds, I was told that my medical aid was inactive,the only message I got from them was that they still gathering more information from my GP,this is draining sickness is sickness it happens anytime and where that's the reason we take medical aid because you cant predict the future .Discovery was the best for me but at this point I really don't know,I heard all these negative things about them of not wanting to pay but i was indeniel because they have been good to me. Do you know the pain of being disappointed by someone you trust with all your heart,this is exactly how I feel with discovery.
