Disappointed

<p>I signed up with Discovery Health only to have my membership terminated due to non disclosure, when I asked them for the details on the termination they advised me that I could go into their office and hear my recording, when i arrived at their office to hear the recording they wouldn't allow me to hear the recording saying that it was archived and they would have to format it which is so strange because the person who terminated my membership had a few days earlier listened to it. We have tried on a number of occasions to contact them and they have just ignored me. The service they have provided is so disgusting and so disappointing. After more than 3 months they still haven't address the problem with me.</p>
