DISAPOINTED ON THIS MEDICAL AID,DECISION NT INFORM

on the 27th i visited Specsave for my glasses cost total to R5290, R3000 to be paid by Specsave Credit & R2290 BY DISCOVERY HEALTH,following day R5000.00 was gone from my savings account,i've been making calls,to both discovery &SPECSAVE from that day till to date with NO SOLID SOLUTION,my savings were credited on the 08/02/2016 again on the 12/02/2016 were all gone out again,i queried with spec save who came back with a feedback from discovery that my funds will be deposited in my bank account on the 01/03/2016.nobody contacted me with that, 2nd the reason i wanted to kept my savings it because i am leaving in a rural area with no Pharmacy i used med Express for my medication so now how i am going to order with no savings? THIS ACCOUNT INCLUDE ME &My Son are you aware how risk it is to keep cash in your account ? in case of emergency how will get the funds get medical assistant?,what the use to have medical aid and savings account if i want to keep cash on my bank account? I AM GETTING TOTAL FED UP NOW OF DISCOVERY SERVICE,i want my savings account to remain the same i have my own personal reason s for this if i wanted to keep cash ,i should have not joined this and used public.
