disapointed and stressed

Hi , i am sitting with a problem that i fail to understand how your processes work. In may 2012 i had a partial gastrectomy which was funded after review by your MRT team. All the information on my condition etc is on that auth as well as all clinical info. I have had a relapse in condition and a further operation is needed to remove more of the stomach. I called in for auth this morning and now you want motivation letters etc and send to MRT again. I find this somewhat unfair based on the fact that this is a complication from the initial operation covered funded by you. It is stressfull enough for me and my family , what put me through even more stress and run around ? Please can you assist by finalising this for me so that i to can be stress free prior to my major surgery ?
