Disapointed!

I am really disappointed in filling out a online medical aid application just to find out the broker did not ask me, my health concerning gynacological conditions and it was not ticked as per the application. I have tried several times to contact this broker by the name of Mr Seletshoge and cannot get hold of him. I would appreciate if my problem could get solved out else i would cancel my medical aid scheme it will Be of no use to me.
