Our account was not debited on the first November , i still have the money No one contacted me to say it did not go off Now i sit on the weekend with a kid at the hospital with a concussion and my account is de-activated. I pay for month and years on end without claiming Even worse i have made a payment now today on Sunday and my account is still de-activated I need immediate activation and a refund on my kids hospital stay
