Did not know underwriters can diagnose

I signed up with Discovery Keycare, worst mistake in my life, you get underwriters diagnosing you with conditions you have never been told or diagnosed with by an actual doctor with a medical degree, apparently they saw it on a pathology report and it had raised red flags. I then canceled was told I would get my money back, I have only got one month back out of the two I paid, spoke to a manager and he was supposedly going to get back to me on Monday its now Tuesday 10.39 and still no word from him.
