Did I get a bonus from discovery because I am going for chemo??

I am busy with chemo. In Oct 2019 I got authorization for 12 sessions chemo. In January 2020 they took all my savings. For the chemo I had to receive in January. I called them and after a long struggle they paid money into my account the same amount as what my saving is. Now in February they paid just over R26000 in my account. I sent 2 mails in the discovery comaint site but no reply. I want to find out what is going on?? Why was that money in my account. Can I use it or what. No one from discovery even bothered to get in contact with me. I called discovery on 08 February and a lady said it was paid in my account in error. She will only be able to check on Monday 10 February. Today is the 14th and still no call no Email no reply from the complaint portal. This service is shocking!!!!
