Dicovery Worst Med aid in SA
so , Not only did discovery allow its suppliers to **** my savings plan . but now that i need the operation i cant even go to a hospital that the specialist works out of without a co payment <br> <br> <br> at no stage was i advised that i cannot go to a hospital of my choice!<br> <br> the last hospital i was at was the dump, would rather shoot myself than go there again!<br> <br> really discovery?<br> pls remind me why you are the best?<br> also , why was no correspondence received regarding an increase of fees ?<br> <br> would love to see what excuse you can come up to not pay and still ***** me over?<br> only way you can turn this complaint into a compliment is to bite your lower lip and allow me to go where the specialist practices out of an pay the full amount.<br> <br> <br> depending on a resolution i will continue to post to all social media avenues i can find lambesting Discovery

Please allow me to provide some background on your plan type. On your chosen plan type you would need to use a network of hospitals for planned procedures. In the instance where you choose to use any hospital not on the list, you will need to pay a deductible to the hospital. I confirmed that we send out communication each year during the revision period to inform members of increases and the option to change your plan within a certain period. We sent you communication on 22/10/2014 via email advising you on the premium increase for 2015.
I provided you with an email outlining the reasons for our decision and trust that this will provide more clarity.
