Dicovery Health Claims - Maternity Benefits
Discovery Health has the worst service ever regarding claims and I'm sure so much more. I've submitted my claim 18 February 2020 and no money has been paid to me. I need to be calling after them regarding the status of the claim. Today on 04 March 2020 they decide to tell me that my claim is rejected because of there is no referral Dr's practise number. The more i tell them what referral dr's number do they need because i just went to this service provider without being reffered. Im so sick of them finding ways of not paying for claims that i have to pay for out of my pocket!!!! They decide what they want to pay for . Disgusting and greedy medical aid by far!!!!
