Diabetic care program

Good day

I don’t know who else to contact because I am getting absolutely no response from Phindile Masego

I was contacted by her on the 12th of April to make an appointment for a diabetic coach program to which I agreed to, the time booked was the 13th of April at 11 am

To date, nobody has contacted me, and despite sending Phindile Masego numerous emails, she does not respond

I think this is unacceptable service from Discovery and I am very disappointed.
