DHMS v the POPIA.... who will win????

DHMS please explain to members how do you expect members to obtain clinical information in order to process legitimate applications for benefits, when the POPIA doesn't allow it without consent?

Surely DHMS cannot force a member nor healthcare provider to consent to release information, just so DHMS whims are met? More so when there is no legitimate need for the requested information.
