Devices are impossible to find!!

I am on the comprehensive plan and I have to be honest, as part of the maternity benefits which I pay for you make it practically impossible to find out who your preferred suppliers are or which devices are registered under the benefit. I have been running in circles reading over 10 different documents referring to these devices which I can purchase with no idea where to get the information for these devices.
