depriving crucial medication

we have welcomed 2018 with very few new additions to the discovery keycare plan. however a very important aspect of my complaint is that the discovery keycare acute medicine formulary does not have eye drops or ear drops on it formulary. so i would like to know how is conjuntivitis and eye infections treated. discovery keycare is really limiting its patients to crucial health care which is against the law.
