Dependent not removed
I contacted discovery on the 7th of December to have a dependent removed because they have their own medical aid and Londiwe said they were removed and the last payment would be end of December.To my surprise the dependent is still in my plan and she allegedly left no notes of the correspondence of the call..now this has been debited from my salary and I have to pay even though I requested to remove.This is unacceptable I need my refund now
