Dentistry department useless

I work in a Hospital. Worst service ever. I phoned to confirm a co-payment for one of their members for a dentistry procedure. Discovery told the patient there is a co-payment of R1260, but in fact it is R4500!!! I phoned Discovery to confirm the co-payment and they told me it is in fact R4500. I asked the consultant her name Mathati to explain to their member, she told me over the phone she is not going to do it, I must phone client services!!!! ***.
