Dentistry Cover

<p>I am sick and tired of Discovery’s Agents copy paste responses to everything!! The service of Discovery agents is appalling, anyone can copy paste or read something on Discovery’s website!</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife had been for extraction of a tooth in February this year and then had cleaning done in May. Discovery did not cover the cleaning in full making the excuse that the frequency of visits have been exceeded. BTW both the dentists are on the KeyCare dentist network.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I need an explanation on the below:</p> <p>1. Where does it state in plain English text on the benefits brochure that Discovery will only cover 2 Dentist consultations in a year irrespective if you do cleaning or extraction?</p> <p>2. Are members not allowed to have a toothache and see a dentist besides the twice a year that Discovery allows cleaning of your teeth, so not to get *****ed over for the consultation?</p>
