Dentist keeps submitting claim after reversal

Good day

I'm having an issue with a dentist who keeps claiming over R21 000 from my Discovery Medical Aid Savings, I on Monday 26th June 2023 put in a fieth request to reverse the payment and a few days later got an enquiry logged for it (***) and the agent I spoke to told me she would send an email to the forensic team as we had reversed it too many times and it was getting suspicious.

Today (Friday 30th June) I followed up again and was told that the scheme had spoken to the provider and that he would resubmit the account so we have to wait for that to happen. The problem is we have been waiting for this provider to remove the claim from his system since May and that is not happening. Every time we request for it to be reversed he claims the exact same amount again and this is a burden on my family and children who have allergies and get sick easily. Please can we get this claim reversed and some sort of assurance that this provider will not claim again.

I sent the scheme my WhatsApp conversation with the provider where he admitted that it was a mistake but the scheme still isn’t reversing the claim.
