delivery method changed without notification

I am very disappointed when you decided to change delivery method without prior notification or checking with me if I am comfortable with it, and even worse your current service provider is *********** always claiming script has expired for chronic medication and has been resent three times already can somebody called and sort this nonsense out asap.
