Delivery driver *****s medicine I didn't order....discovery doesn't care enough to call me back....

Last week a discovery delivery driver tried to deliver an unordered delivery...which i was then charged for! I called discovery this morning to mention this and a telesales agent promised to call me back today....in my dreams. Why do I keep falling for these telesales agent lies?
