deliberately blocking legitimate claims

The behaviour of this company has convinced me that they have policies in place to prevent clients from accessing the benefits they pay for. over the course of a single injury i have had FIVE incidents where they told me I was not covered and after putting pressure on the it became apparent that I was in fact covered. They refuse to put their communication regarding this in writing and repeatedly have promised to call or email and have simply failed to do so. I have spent in the region of 7 hours on the phone with them at my expense over the last few weeks. Rather put your money on your cars dashboard if you feel like getting ******.
