Delaying payout on claims

I have submitted a claim 4 times to you. First time you said you couldnt read it. Perfectly legible this side. Now you tell me you didnt get any information or invoice with the claim. 5 pages detailing everything are attached!!!! Read it!! Everything you ask for is there!!!! Why does everything have to be a constant battle with Discovery??? Can you people not read and do things properly the first time!!!
