Delayed Refund Due to Me
I submitted a claim on my Discovery medical aid on 14 January 2019 and 13 days later it is still not been refunded to me. I pay my medical aid premiums to discovery without fail and also out of pocket for the said claim for almost two weeks!
I called the Discovery Health call centre on 22 and 23 January 2019 and have also sent my query to their twitter handle on 23 January 2019 but i have still not received the refund that is due to me?

I received a call from an Anne from Discovery yesterday acknowledging my complaint but couldn't tell me when the payment of my refund would be effected. As at 15:14 on 29 January 2019 im still awaiting further communication as promised and i still have not received payement 15 days after submitting my claim.
