Delayed cancelations but quick debits

I have been trying to cancel my medical aid, I have been taken from pillar to post without assistance. I get the same feedback every time about requiring the team leaders approval but no one ever gets back to me, i need to constantly follow up like i owe them. these delay tactics will not cause me to give up. I want my money back
