Delayed authorisation and empty promises
My daughter JANA ROOS is a member of Discovery Key Care. She needs to see a gynaecologist but requires letter of authorisation from her GP (Key Care dr) before she sees the gynae. Her GP wrote and faxed this letter on 20 MARCH and an appt was made for 31 March

Due to the Confidentiality Act, the Scheme is unable to provide you with any information on the membership unless we receive written confirmation from the principal member. I have been trying to contact the member telephonically, however have not been able to reach her.
I will continue to try and reach her to provide feedback.
