Delay on my claims

I have since submitted my claims from Discovery Health regarding my claim of just R508 when I consulted an Optometrist and to date the mere 508 has not been paid regardless of the huge amount I keep paying monthly to the company and beside it is my OWN money.my consultation was on 26.01.2015, I kept calling and all consultant keep telling me different reasons and I used more money in calling at the moment.why should it take the finance department so long to process such an amount? I have a huge respect for Discovery and I this on this matter they proved me wrong.
