Delay in processing claim and inability to calculate 4 months

<p>I submitted a claim to discovery on the 26th April for a service received on the 28th December 2016 and I paid for in the amount of R3173. I called. On today and was advised that a claim takes 3 days to process and that today was the 3rd day. I was advised that my claim was rejected because it was not submitted within 4 months. Now I don't know who gives them maths training but 4 months from 28th December is 27th April. So I really want to see what lame excuse they have as an explanation. Tomorrow is a week since I submitted my claim. I guess that i have to go to the medical schemes council with the again.</p>
