Definitely not to be recommended
I have been a member of the fund for the last few years, recently I came into a situation where they actually owe me money instead of the other way around. Dispite the fact that they have committed to refund me within 72 working hours at the most, Nothing has been done, leaving me destitute and unable to get critical medication for my very serious medical condition, being a stroke and heart condition. Extremely quick to drain the last dime out of you but when they owe you anything don't expect any customer service from the company at all.

16 Oct 2025, 12:43I do appreciate your response to my post, unfortunately I have lost so much faith in your company that I will only believe you once the funds are deposited into my bank account, you have literally deprived me of my life saving chronic medication i.e. BP, Epilepsy and cholesterol and others. Still definitely not to be recommended to anyone else!
