Define a life threatening emergency when you loose blood

I fell il 2 weeks a ago, as the time go it's just getting worse. I tried to treat it with consultations, it just escalated…

But I clearly remembered when I joined Discovery (The quote period the Consultant Prashana said, you have a 90 day waiting period but we will treat you during a life treating emergency)

On Sunday I decided to call discovery to establish what is a life treating emergency cause I can't carry on like this, it affect my work. So the switch boards short and sweet direct you to the hospital for an emergency (so I still don't know the definition)
So long story short, your claims will be rejected with code 151. No matter if it's the ER room and your blood levels keep dropping.
I don't get sick but I assume Discoveries definition for Life threatening is when you already in a coma and dies, so that they can just reject it on code 151 and it's part of the estate cost.
I'm not a doctor and 99% of the population so none of us know if it's life treating. But what we do know when we start fainting and our test results is not good it's also not a clue. Yes I will go to a chirurgeon on the 19th of this month, he can then recommend the procedure.
What have I learned from this debacle ? Don't trust Discovery NBus consultants as I guessed from the start.
I've been with Discovery all my life, Discovery I have life cover from you too at least a great broker. But I don't think I will stay with you. As we I wrote to you at this moment I'm in pain, yes I accept the 90 day waiting period but I'm curios to know what's a life threatening condition. I'm sure they get buried and you don't settle that claims.
I suggest you delete your call centre options cause it waste our free minutes just to hang on for no information or procedure to follow.
