Default on my name

Hi<br> <br> Someone please advise how long it takes to remove listing because discovery is very quick when we are members to send us emails on medical statements, tax certificates but you don't do the same when there is amounts outstanding.<br> <br> Just checked my credit record and it shows i have a default listing for an old member, i have just paid this and I am currently on a verge of procuring a car and I need this resolved ASAP. Proof of payment have been sent too.<br> <br> Please advise as soon as possible on cellphone number provided
