default listing, poor service

Discovery Health has default listed me with the credit bureaus for R600.00 This is due to the balance of my MSA being used up and prorated when my Health plan was cancelled. I did not once receive a phone call or written notification, 20 days prior, of their intention to list my account as a default, as is required by the NCR. This is in contravention of the NCR.

The default listing has impacted my ability to find new employment and I insist that it is to be removed soonest.

I have since paid the account in full, including legal collection fees, and have contacted Discovery and raised disputes with the credit bureaus, however, no one can confirm that the process for the removal of the default has been initiated. - My follow up communication goes unanswered!!
