DEDUCTS PREMIUMS EVEN AFTER CANCELLED MEMBERSHIP!!!

I don't even want to give a 1 star rating. I cancelled my policy last year and received my confirmation of withdrawal 22/06/2022. Now, a year and 2 months later, Discovery deducts R3,106.00 off from my account. I don't even have an active debit order for them. How then can they just deduct money off from my account? THIS IS THEFT! How does a third party have access have access to my bank account?
