Deductions against my Savings

The following are deductions made against by medical aid savings account and yet none of these funds were paid over to my Dentist for services rendered;

1. R350.90 will be paid to you on 2020/09/04 2. R1 679.60 will be paid to you on 2020/09/10 3. R701.30 will be paid to the healthcare professional on 2020/09/16

Note that I have been billed by the health practitioner with a separate invoice yet my savings have also been deducted.

Would you please rectify this as a matter of urgency!
