Deduction of Medical Aid Payments
Discovery Health deducted the amount of R3744.00 from my husbands bank account. They have never gave him notification, nor did he gave them permission. Only the amount of R1872.00 was authorised. They cannot answer us regarding this, nor do they accept their mistake, nor can they say sorry!!! This is the worst medical aid in South Africa!!
